About Me
I am Benjamin Dela Amelordzi, a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, with a degree in Natural Resources Management. I have hands-on experience in forest inventory, GIS, and environmental data analysis through work with the Forestry Commission of Ghana, the FAO-3R Project, and conservation organizations like A Rocha Ghana.
I believe in practical conservation that connects science, people, and the environment. My work focuses on sustainable forest management and climate resilience, aiming to develop land management systems that protect ecosystems while supporting community livelihoods.
Focus Areas
- Sustainable forest resource management and conservation
- Climate change adaptation, mitigation, and resilience
- GIS and remote sensing for environmental monitoring
- Community engagement in sustainable land use and climate action
Beyond work, I enjoy creating web projects that share knowledge about forestry and climate change. I am learning new ways to use digital tools to support environmental education.
